Our class begins with a visit to an authentic Thai Buddhist Temple in the San Francisco Bay Area for a wonderful cultural experience and delicious Thai brunch.

Sometimes we encounter Buddhist holiday celebrations, costumed Thai musicians and dance performers, and Thai fruit & vegetable carving classes, which is a form of meditation and creating beauty for the participants.
