Ancient Thai Massage

An avid lifelong proponent of Yoga and healing bodywork, Kimberly has explored the ancient roots of healing. Her explorations led her to the far East’s “Nuad Bo-Rarn”, or Ancient Thai Massage, which she discovered to be so remarkable, she studied in Thailand and founded The Thai Massage Center in Marin County, CA in 1995, and pioneered offering this art in the San Francisco Bay Area. It is now one of the fastest growing and most sought after premium healing arts in top spas and resorts all over the world. Based in Yoga, Ayurveda and meditation, this ancient art restores “chi” or lifeforce and increases energy awareness, flexibility and fitness for both giver and receiver. Holistic Health Coaching

Kimberly designs personalized programs to support individual improvements in diet, fitness, personal growth and serenity. With a lifelong passion for delicious, natural foods, Kimberly personally promotes a high vitality delicious plant based diet (mostly vegetarian, and meat free) of organic foods with a high percentage of fresh raw living and probiotic foods, and can tailor a transitional plan for you that works with your needs and lifestyle. Kimberly helps her clients re-evaluate the interrelated facets of their lifestyle choices and make meaningful changes to enrich their lives and move their priorities forward to realization.

Feng Shui

Kimberly has studied with noted Feng Shui masters and brings this world of ancient wisdom and intuitive energy understanding, along with her backgrounds in holistic health and design - to best help you and your endeavors flourish. Kimberly incorporates energy awareness, imagination and artistry to explore new possibilities and to draw out the best in individuals’ environments and enterprises to empower their success.

Communication Arts

Whether in personal or professional realms - Kimberly coaches her clients to draw upon inner reflection, insight and intuition, outwards towards effective and artful communication and focus on desired results. Kimberly assists clients with identifying vision and articulating goals, then designing personal and professional projects and pathways, often including designing marketing and promotional materials to fulfill these. Kimberly utilizes decades of interpersonal and transpersonal training in working with clients to clarify issues, distinguish goals; and powerfully set intentions through more conscious, deliberate use of language.

Spiritual Ceremony

Intrinsic to humanity for eons, is ritual and ceremony, which evokes and speaks to our deep, unconscious ancient roots of being. What is often lacking in a transition, milestone, or passage in Western culture - is meaningful ritual or ceremony. With individual or group, Kimberly brings her cross cultural and shamanic training to help you create personal meaning to honoring what is past or present, or invoking what you wish for. Ceremonies are appropriate for all meaningful life occasions, for departing from one home, arriving at another, marriage, divorce, passing, birth, and other milestones. Kimberly specializes in ritual to assist in passage from this life realm to the next for loved ones.

Creating Sacred Space

A new term for an ancient art…”creating sacred space” means…

…incorporating Feng Shui principles and honoring ceremonies in designing special dedicated spaces in your home or workspace. Your space can therefore become a beautiful and restful haven and retreat for renewal, re-charging, re-invention. This may include creating “shrines” or altars of dedicated space in various areas, uniquely customized and personalized to suit you.

Together with her client, Kimberly designs new environments to support new practices, indoors and out. This may be an aromatherapy bath and spa haven indoors to soothing waterfalls, herbs and fragrance in your gardens. From environments to events, large designs to small touches – Kimberly ignites with her endless imagination and array of creative and healing arts.

Guided Imagery

Also called Hypnotherapy, Guided Imagery is a safe and natural way for you to access the completely natural state of relaxed, creative mind and body innate wisdom and knowing connected to your subconscious. Certified Transpersonal Clinical Hypnotherapist, Kimberly is skilled in facilitating you to relax and access your resources of inner wisdom, healing, inspiration, peace and guidance.
